This interesting and famous 5.4km return walk is the start section of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland Great Walk. From Baroon Pocket carpark on Narrows Road, step through the Great Walks wooden archway. We will descend to Narrows Lookout along the way and Obi Obi Creek Lookout.

Eventually the trail narrows and steepens and climbs over 100 metres to Baroon Lookout. The track continues from the lookout about 4kms to Flat Rock, where we will have morning tea.

When we return to the carpark, we will drop down to the right hand side of the Recreation Area to have a closer look at the Dam wall and do the Spillway Walk. There are some undulating hills along the track so it is an up and down walk. Come and join me on this walk through the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and enjoy the views of the dam.
