This is the second of our reliving the original 2016 Jubilee Year of Mercy pilgrimage walks organised by our Club.

We commence at the Busway Station at the Dutton Park side of the Eleanor Schonell Bridge, before Strolling through the park towards St Ita’s Church on Gladstone Rd. After crossing, it is through the backblocks to Gloucester St and taking the back streets past the Mater Hosp. It is then up to the Mater Hill Busway Stn onto Vulture St and down to the River, crossing via the Goodwill Br. After a short venture through the Botanic Gardens it is out along the River Walk (via the new section) to the CBD and up to St Stephens.

I cannot make a Stroll shorter than tis – this on is not worthy of the name ”Stroll”. It is just too hard to make it longer.

You should be finished by 5pm I hope, just in time to catch your peak hour transport home and secretly laughing at all those harried workers filling your bus/train and them standing up to give you their seat.
